My Story
I am Steven Most , the founder of Most Connections Workplace. I have served as a humanitarian in Africa during times of war and have witnessed firsthand the suffering and disconnection that unresolved conflict can cause. My experiences fuel my deep commitment to promoting peace. God has guided me into the field of human resources, where I use my professional life events, academic formation, and skills to help individuals and organizations engage in meaningful dialogue and learning, all while maintaining team harmony, understanding, and high performance. I truly love what I do! I believe that God has called me to be an instrument of peace.
